Barbudan UNITY

To protect the future of Barbuda people, land and resources from exploitation and preserve Barbuda as the Garden of Eden we know it to be. In common we have looked after this land and it has looked after us. It is truly paradise.

Each island has a natural carrying capacity in terms of population, lifestyle, water and food security. These are factors that must be acknowledged above the colonial end game of profit. There is no doubt that potentially Barbuda is one of,  if not the richest populous in the Caribbean region. We know our worth and we will not sell it short. We shall never be slaves again. 

Barbuda is and will remain the bastion of green sustainable existence. We reject Luxury Real Estate markets, investment banking or tax haven status placed on our land. We also reject fossil fuel and unsustainable policies which threaten our clean living. 

We embrace the old ways mixed with new technologies to light up the bright future we expect.  It is perfectly feasible, as history has demonstrated, for Barbuda to fully sustain it's Barbuda populous. We can not exceed the local requirements whilst enjoying a surplus that will help propel our children to higher heights. Scholarships, business hub initiatives, and holistic health care shall remain our priorities. We remain tight, close knit and multi-generational.   

Barbuda is a place of healing and relaxation. Barbuda people continue to punch way above our weight because WE know what is good for us. Put GOD first and look after nature and she will look after us.
